About me

I am joining this  community for the first time.


I am Professor (Retd) Muhamed Ali, Kadambot, Eriyad, Kodungallur - the place where Islam came first in India- Tricur Dt., Kerala, India. 
My wife is Fathima N. A. (61), Daughter of N. S. Aboo Bakerand K. A. Aamina, Namboorimadhathil, Kaloor, Cochin -17 and K. A. Aamina, D/o Abdulla Kadambot, Kodungallur.


I am born on 2nd Nov.1940, as the third son of my beloved Parents. We were total 12 (8 brothers and 4 sisters). Three brothers and  two sisters are no more. My father was Abdulla Moulavi and mother Khadeeja, D/o Punnilath Alikkunji Haji of Edavanakkad. 


My living brothers are 1. Prof. K. A. Siddique Hasan (Vice President of Jamaathe Islami Hind & Secretary general of Human Welfare Trust, Delhi). 2. K. A. Jamaluddeen Master. 3. K. A. Abdul Rasheed Master and 5. K. A. Mohamed Aslam All we seven brothers were working in Govt. Colleges and Govt. Schools and retired except our youngest brother, who is still in Gulf. Our two living sisters are K. A. Asmabi and K. A. Safiya. 


My  brothers and sisters who left us earlier are :

K  A  Fathima  Beevi , K  A  Aisha Beevi 


After S S L C  I  passed Higher Arabic Teachers Exam, Afsl Ul Ulama, Language Teachers Training, B. A. & M. A., All Arabic Degrees of Kerala and Calicut Universities in those days . I Entered into Govt. Service on 16/8/1960 in Govt school. I served in Govt. schools 11 years. later on 3 /1 / 1972  I joined duty as Lecturer in Arabic, in The Maharqaja's College, Ernakulam - the most renowned Govt College in Kerala state.


Besides Maharaja's I worked in the University College, Trivandrum, Govt College Kasargod, Jawaharlal Nehru College, Kavarathi island, Lakshadweep ( Union territory under Govt. of India)- for two years from 10th August 1973 (on deputation), and (on leave) I worked in Nigeria,West Africa- for three and a half years. 


On 31st March 1996 I retired from Govt. service and now I am busy in socio-Islamic activities mostly in the districts of Ernakulam and Trissur of Kerala state in India.


I have three daughters and one son. 
My eldest daughter is Zaida, who is working in the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) as a Section Officer. She is married to the renowned writer Mr. N. M. Husain. They have two girl children - Hiba (6) and Huda(3).


Next, my only son, Haris. His wife is Sheheena. They have two boys, namely Abdul Haadi (6) and Ahmed Hamdan (4). Haris is working in Kuwaith and staying there with family. 


Third of my children is Najma. She is married to Abdul Salam T. Beeravu. Najma is an Auditor in Kerala Govt. service. They have three issues. Aman Ahsan (10), Ezza Lamiya (5), and Henna Faiha (1). Mr. Abdul Salam is working as Administrator in the Renowned Shanthi Hospital, Omassery, Kozhikode. 


Jasmine is my forth and she is wife of Fasil P. K., H. S. A. in the W. J. H. S. S. Vaduthala, Allappuzha Dt. Jasmine is a teacher in the MBGLPS, Vaduthala. They havew two daughters. Farha B. Fasil (7) and Hadya B. Fasil (5)
